Technical Specialist

Experience Required
5 to 10 Years
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, and Reporting systems
Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, RS485, TCP/IP, etc.
Lead and guide teams for onsite and remote service support, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
Provide AMC and service support to customers
Deliver technical support and solutions to customers through calls and online platforms
Handle complete project execution for Domestic and International projects, from panel approval to project completion certification
Monitor and manage project budgets and ensure timely closure within assigned cost targets
