Are you a Technical Support Specialist looking to join a growing, energetic, fast-moving and passionate IT Operations team? Do you want to own responsibility for day-to-day operations and support of apps, tools and hardware? This is a varied role, including directly supporting team members and proactive maintenance, improvements and protection of our systems.

What will you do?

Provide remote laptop and user support to our global team to troubleshoot system and network problems, including diagnosing and helping to resolve hardware/software issues.
Use Salesforce to log, update, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams and 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot/resolve incidents.
Participate in the planning and implementation of scalable IT solutions.
Creating and maintaining processes, procedures, and policies to support the solutions.
Manage user accounts and subscriptions for licensed software.
Configure new computers (installing OS and software using an MDM) and manage software upgrade schedules and install software upgrades.
Maintain IT inventory list for employees globally
Provision laptops for the India team members as needed
Contribute to the continual service improvement of our IT support service as we grow.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in a Tier2 support role
Experience in laptop hardware troubleshooting
Windows and MacOS laptop knowledge
Good working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and measures (antivirus, malware and ransomware management)
Experience supporting remote employees
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communications skills, both technical and non-technical.
A passion for providing excellent customer service
Experience with the following solutions:

○ Google Workspace and MS Office 365

○ Identity Management Platforms (Okta, Jumpcloud, etc.)

○ End-point detection platforms (Crowdstrike, SentinelOne, Sophos, etc.)

○ Mobile device management solution (JAMF, Intune, Rippling, etc.)
