💼 What You'll Do:
📊 Drive market growth and expand business footprint across territories
🌟 Identify untapped markets and new growth opportunities
💰 Own territory P&L and drive sales performance.
🎯 Develop and execute impactful sales strategies
⚙️ Ensure operational excellence and resolve escalations efficiently
🤝 Build a strong culture of ownership, accountability & performance

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 5–9 years of Sales / Inside Sales experience
✔️ Proven expertise in market development & business expansion 📈
✔️ Experience in P&L management and process optimization 💼
✔️ Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments ⚡
✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 🗣️
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree 🎓

WFO - 6 days working with rotational off; includes Saturday & Sunday working
