Job Description

Proficient in creating Requirement Traceability Matrix for Tests designed
Proficient in Selection of Test cases, rightly suitable for Automation considering automation selection criteria’s
Need to be proficient in Performing SIT & UAT Test Execution
Should report Defects & follow up with Developers / BA IT for defect fixation with defect ageing tracking SLA
Should have good verbal and written communication skills along with strong Logical thinking
Must be a good learner and self-starter, and also a team player
Willingness to travel and work at various customer sites

Requirements

Preferred exposure in Health Insurance/Motor Insurance/ Travel Insurance/Property and Casualty
Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in core Software testing
Should be able to prepare scenarios and derive test cases from the same
Should be proactive in test cases execution, defect discussion, defect logging, risk identification and mitigation
Knowledge of writing SQL queries, databases and running of basic SQL queries
Should have hands on experience on Test Management (like Quality Center) and Defect Management tools like (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
Education: Any graduate with IT background
