In this exciting role, you will play a key role in developing and delivering impactful leadership skills training programs for our organization. You will leverage your expertise in leadership principles and adult learning methodologies to design and build engaging content that fosters growth and development in our leaders.

Responsibilities:
Conduct a needs assessment to identify leadership development gaps within the organization.
Design and develop comprehensive leadership training programs, including modules, workshops, and presentations.
Utilize a variety of engaging learning methods, such as case studies, simulations, role-playing activities, and interactive discussions.
Deliver training programs to mid-senior leadership in an engaging and informative manner.
Develop and curate high-quality training materials, including handouts, workbooks, and online resources.
Stay up-to-date on the latest leadership trends and best practices.
Facilitate group discussions and provide constructive feedback to help participants improve their leadership skills.
Assist in the evaluation and measurement of the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 8-14years of experience designing and delivering leadership development programs.
Proven ability to develop engaging and interactive training content.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with participants at all levels of the organization.
