Postgraduate degree in English, English Literature, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field from a recognized university.

Job description

Train students in verbal aptitude and communication skills for competitive exams (CAT, GRE, etc.) and campus placements, covering vocabulary, grammar, sentence correction, reading comprehension, critical reasoning, and verbal analogies.
Design and deliver practice sessions, quizzes, and mock tests to improve students’ speed, accuracy, and confidence in verbal‑aptitude sections. Identify students with weak language skills and provide individualized / small‑group coaching to bridge gaps.
Maintain records of student performance, provide feedback, and help track progress through the university’s management system. Update learning material with recent question‑paper patterns, new vocabulary, and exam‑oriented practice sets.

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in teaching/ training verbal aptitude, competitive‑exam coaching, or communicative English.
