Position Overview: The Vice President – RCM Services will be responsible for leading a defined portfolio of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) businesses within CorroHealth. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction across the assigned span of RCM services. The VP will serve as a strategic partner to the CGM, ensuring that business objectives are met while maintaining compliance and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Business Leadership Lead and manage the assigned span of RCM businesses, ensuring delivery of KPIs and financial targets. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance client outcomes. Operational Excellence Oversee end-to-end RCM processes including patient access, coding, billing, accounts receivable, and denials management. Ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and turnaround standards. Client Engagement Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for RCM solutions. Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and service delivery. Team Development Lead and mentor business leaders and managers within the span. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Reporting & Governance Provide regular updates to the CGM on performance, risks, and opportunities. Ensure alignment of business operations with CorroHealth’s overall strategy. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in health information management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 18+ years of progressive experience in healthcare RCM, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. Strong expertise in managing large-scale RCM operations across diverse service lines. Proven ability to deliver financial and operational results. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work closely with executive leadership and drive strategic initiatives. Experience in managing US based Healthcare clients (Both Hospitals and Physician). Experience in partnering with Sales Team to drive business growth. The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
