Key Responsibilities:

1. Migration Planning
Develop a fully integrated migration plan covering phases, timelines, RACI, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and gate criteria.
Ensure compliance with enterprise change management and operational readiness frameworks.

2. Data Migration & Quality Assurance
Build and deliver a comprehensive data migration package, including:
Data dictionary
Data extract specifications (format, fields, frequency)
Data quality validation and cleansing checks
Reconciliation reports
Secure data transfer and landing zone approach
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all data flows meet audit and compliance requirements.

3. Knowledge Transfer & Stakeholder Enablement
Create and manage a Knowledge Transfer (KT) plan covering:
SME availability
KT session calendar
Documentation and artefact development

4. Cutover Planning & Execution
Develop a detailed cutover playbook:
Parallel run strategy where possible
Go/NoGo criteria
Rollback plans
Resource and coverage plan
Test Plan with cutover rehearsals and coordinate live cutover execution with crossfunctional teams.

5. PostMigration Stabilization & Exit Management
Manage postmigration hyper care, ensuring defects, customer escalations, and stability issues are tracked and resolved.
Deliver a formal Exit/Reverse Transition plan and checklist, including:
Required artefacts
Responsibilities
Timing and acceptance criteria

Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree with 2-5 years experience in large-scale customer or Service migrations, Telecom, or related field.
Strong understanding of network connectivity products (Voice, VPN, IP, Ethernet, Waves).
Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, R4, CLM/Adobe Sign.
Expertise in network migration methodologies, quality assurance, and reconciliation.
Prior experience in telecom or enterprise network service providers.
