Shift: US Shifts/ night Shifts (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST)
Work From Office 5 Days is mandatory

Designation: Senior Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Provide subject matter support for complex issues
Address require training needs for filling knowledge gaps
Do complex reporting
At least 2 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year of experience in a BPO environment
Strong voice communication capabilities, both verbal and written, ability to understand customers needs and accurately verify their information
PC proficient, comfortable, and familiar with using Microsoft products (Teams, Outlook) and ability to quickly get up to speed on other screens/systems
Strong Verbal/Written Skills, communication with customers
Attention to detail, listening skills

Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
All original education documents needs to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
