Responsibilities:
Excellent communication skills with proven experience in handling international customers in a customer-facing role.
Flexibility to work from office (WFO model)
Mandatory experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, including collections, Billing, cash application , dispute and order management .
Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
Ability to work own initiative
Financial & commercial awareness / good numerical skills.
Problem solving aptitude & ability
Relevant and demonstrable experience of a collections role. (Required)
Sap & Salesforce Experience
PC literacy, particularly in MS Office (Windows NT).
Demonstrate a customer focused orientation
Demonstrate a target focused orientation
Ability to work closely with customers & negotiation effective outcomes to their problems.
Committed approach to team work.
Resilient under pressure and able to quickly adapt to unforeseen work demands.
Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
