About the Role: As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for MIS reporting, Real Time management, creating reports in excel and slides in power Point. We are looking for an MIS Executive/Candidate with prior experience working in BPO environment. The ideal candidate should be skilled in data management, report generation, Excel, and handling operational MIS reports for BPO processes.

Responsibilities:

Creating daily, monthly reports based on requirements
Tracking & maintaining break trackers
Monitoring Service Levels, meeting hourly SL requirements
Rostering and managing staff

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills
BPO experienced is mandate
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Comfortable to work from office in Chandigarh Location.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficient in computer skills, excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of CRM systems.

Pay range and compensation package: Upto 4 LPA
