The Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) IT Products Team is responsible for the ongoing optimization, support, and evolution of systems that enable project delivery, revenue recognition, and contract-to-cash workflows across the firm.

The Workday Functional PSA Associate supports the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and testing of the Workday PSA platform. The role emphasizes execution of defined PSA tasks, test support, and operational stability, with opportunities to expand scope over time based on demonstrated capability.

This role is well-suited for an early-career Workday professional looking to deepen PSA expertise in a stable, product optimization-focused environment rather than a client implementation model.

Requirements

Support senior PSA developers and product owners with configuration and maintenance tasks within Workday PSA
Assist with regression testing for Workday bi-annual releases and patch updates
Serve as a first point of contact for PSA-related ServiceNow tickets, triaging requests, resolving standard issues, and escalating more complex items
Execute security-related role assignment changes
Perform mass data maintenance activities, including year-end support, data loads, and cleanup efforts
Build and enhance Workday PSA reports, including adding calculated fields, updating logic, and troubleshooting reporting issues
Support management of system validations and controls
Assist with configuring and maintaining system alerts and notifications, including periodic reviews of alert effectiveness
Support PSA-related communications and system guidance, including updates to internal teams
Configure Workday custom validations to and other hands-on system enhancements, building toward increased ownership of PSA functionality over time
Cross-train on our Pricing Tool and provide backup assistance to the Pricing Tool
Cross-train on our Agiloft Contract Lifecyle Management contracting tool and provide backup assistance for this tool.

Preferences

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3-5 years of experience working with ERP systems or enterprise applications (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
Strong data handling and analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel (e.g. data manipulation, validation, and troubleshooting)
Basic understanding of enterprise system (e.g. Workday) concepts such as business processes, security roles and access management, and data structures and reporting.
Experience working in a ticket-based support environment (e.g. ServiceNow or similar), with the ability to triage, prioritize, and resolve requests.
Demonstrated ability to execute defined tasks with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to follow structured processes, troubleshoot issues, and escalate appropriately when needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
