Refunds and cancellation

Nothing, today. The résumé checker, the builder, PDF download and the daily AI allowance are free, with no card and no trial that expires. A paid plan, Pro, is coming for people who want more AI than the allowance; see Pricing. The terms below apply to Pro from the day it is available.

You can cancel at any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing is charged after that. Cancelling never deletes your résumés or your account; you return to the free plan with its daily allowance.

• Your first purchase: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying, no questions asked.
• Renewals: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of the renewal and have not used AI in that period; otherwise the plan runs to the end of the period.
• If the service fails: if an outage on our side stops you using Pro for more than a day, tell us and we will refund or extend that time.

Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with, usually within 5 to 7 working days of our confirmation, depending on your bank. Taxes charged on the purchase are refunded with it.
